  • Turn OFF Wi-Fi power save mode on your phone, as it has been reported that it is also the cause of this Wi-Fi problem. You can turn this OFF simply by dialing *#0011# from your phone, afterwards go to Menu of your phone, Go into Wi-Fi options and change Wi-Fi power saving mode to OFF.
  • Besides everything else, you also need to make sure that the router you are using has its Firmware up-to-date else this might cause similar problems that you are currently encountering.
  • If that doesn’t work for then the next thing that you need to do is to go into router settings and change it to 802.11mode this could also solve the problem.
  • If everything else fails then the next thing that you need to do is to refer to your router’s documentations for Troubleshooting or contact your Internet Service Provider for more details.

All the above mentioned steps are surely going to resolve your problem, as most of the people have resolved all of the above mentioned issues via this way. In case all of them fails then it is clearly a hardware issue, and you need to get it done via a reliable service / repair center.
