After iPhone 5C Motorola Plans to launch its Moto G Budget Handset in 2014
After Apple and Blackberry, Motorola has also decided to jump into the mid range market, as they are all set to launch their Moto G budget handset in UK.
IPhone 5C has surely ignited the fire of budget phones among Smartphone manufacturers, although iPhone 5C isn’t that economical or budget friendly, but it seems that more and more companies are interested in reaping the benefits out of the budget phone market.
China is known to be the biggest Smart phone market, however only those are vastly successful who are offering medium price range smart phones, and this is one of the reasons why Samsung enjoys major share of Chinese market.
Blackberry has also planned to launch their budget phone series which will be called as Blackberry Americano. Blackberry is surely in a depleting state and is not making good enough sales, and major carriers like AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile have decided not to stock up any of the Blackberry phones in future, due to lesser demand. So the only choice Blackberry has is to come up with budget phones to capture mid-range market or to quit from the mobile phone development industry.
Moto G will be equipped with a 4 Inches of Display screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. Other Specs include 1.2 GHz of processor, Android 4.3 Jelly bean and 5 Megapixels of Camera (Front 1.2 Megapixels). The retail price of Moto G will be £134.95, hence allowing it to be the type of Smartphone what people have been looking for at an affordable price.
