Hi, i want your opinion. I dont leave in USA, but will appreciate your advice. I bought an used iphone5 with randomly unresponsive touch screen, Can work fine without that issue 1/5 days and in any moment working in an app or not the touchscreen freezes minutes, an then wake up. Someone opened it and saw the pink sticker (of wet damage). which are the steps to repair it? cleaning the connector of digitizer could serve? or you think this is a failure of the whoule display? Again, when it works fine is smooth and perfect as the better iphone.
    Thanks from Buenos Aires

    • Bernie as it already indicates that the phone was wet damaged you can’t do much in this case, and yes cleaning will surely help. Find out all the traces of water damage on your entire phone board and clean it properly also touch screen and display connector. Also use blow dryer for few seconds on your board. Besides that, one of the reasons for unresponsive touch is also that the LCD screen on your iPhone 5 is copy screen, you also need to check this thing as well. If the screen is a copy one replace it, and get an OEM one.
